Sure, I’ve got the letters after my name and a wall of certificates…
But I really came to this work through my own lived experience.
In my own life, every time something went wrong... a promotion that didn't come through, a relationship that ended, a moment where life didn't go the way I had planned… the first person to turn on me was me.
From the outside I had real courage. I'd built a successful teaching career. I'd lived across countries and cultures. I moved through the world boldly in ways that looked like self-trust.
What I learned the hard way is that courage and self-trust are not the same thing.
I had done so much work. Mindset coaching, somatic practices, yoga teacher training, meditation. Three 10-day silent retreats. Plant medicine. A room full of 100 women rage-screaming into pillows (I would do it again, actually). I understood myself deeply. I could name my patterns, trace them back, explain them fluently. And still something wasn't shifting at the level I knew was possible.
While I was doing all the right things, I had this quiet whisper inside telling me I was built for more. The mission on my heart, the life I could feel was meant for me, needed a version of me I hadn't fully stepped into yet.
None of my friends would have believed it. Everything looked so good on the outside. But I could feel the gap between who I was and who I was becoming. And I was ignoring the call.
Nobody tells you about the grief of living adjacent to the life you know you are meant for.
Sound familiar?
What I discovered through my own journey and thousands of hours of working with women just like me, is that in order to create the impact, the life and the relationships I knew I was meant for, I needed the capacity for it.
And I needed to trust myself.
Not as a mindset fix. Not as a skill to learn.
As a relationship to build.
And that relationship follows a path.
A specific, liveable, deeply human path that I have come to know intimately. Not from a textbook. From walking it myself and guiding hundreds of women through it.
That's what became the Self Trust Blueprint™.
It draws on IFS, on somatic wisdom, on years of coaching but it is its own thing. A map I discovered because I needed it myself and couldn't find it anywhere else. A map that takes you from knowing yourself to actually trusting yourself. From insight to embodiment. From courage to capacity.
The Self Trust Blueprint™
Most approaches to personal growth treat transformation like a neat five step process. Do the inner work first, then take action. Heal yourself, then live your life. Figure it out, then move.
That's not how this works. And honestly, that's not how you work.
The Self Trust Blueprint™ is a spiral. A living, breathing process that mirrors what actually happens when a woman stops waiting to be ready and starts trusting herself in real time. It moves through four phases, not as neat steps from A to Z, but as a cycle you return to at deeper and deeper levels as you grow.

Grounding Intention:
This isn't about hoping or wishing and it's not about what you've been taught you should want. It's about deciding and declaring, with honesty and specificity, what you actually want. The real version. The one that lives underneath the noise of everyone else's expectations. We start here because everything else is built on the foundation of your truth, not someone else's template.
-

Radical Responsibility
This is where empowerment becomes real. Not the performative kind, the quiet, steady kind that comes from choosing yourself. From deciding that your dreams are yours to go after. That your intentions are worth backing. That you are done waiting for permission, for certainty, for the right moment. You choose you. Fully. And everything that follows is built on that decision.

Understanding Shadow
This is where we meet the parts of you that have been getting in the way; the patterns of doubt, rigidity, perfectionism, the desperate need to belong. Using IFS, we don't fix these parts or fight them. We integrate them. We let them finally feel seen. And when they do, they stop running the show. The old operating system begins to change.
-

Intentional Action
Because real transformation doesn't happen on the healing hamster wheel. It happens in life, through accountability, through the skill of doing and learning, through taking action and meeting whatever parts come up along the way. Intentional Action is Self-led. Not from your parts, but from your truest essence. Clear. Confident. Moving toward the life you can feel on your heart.
The Ripple Effect
When a woman builds the capacity to trust herself, it doesn't stay with her.
It ripples. Into her relationships, her parenting, her leadership, her creativity, her community. A woman who trusts herself stops shrinking, stops over-explaining, stops abandoning herself to keep the peace. She shows up differently, at the threshold moments that matter most, and the people around her feel it.
We live in a world that has spent a very long time teaching women to look outside themselves for answers. To defer, to doubt, to seek validation before they move.
Every woman who finds her way back to her own authority is quietly dismantling that. One decision, one boundary, one bold and aligned action at a time.
And it doesn't stop with her. Self-trust is generational. When a woman stops abandoning herself, she stops modelling abandonment for the people watching her, her daughters, her clients, her students, her community. She breaks a pattern that may have been running for generations.
That matters in ways that are impossible to fully measure.
The world needs women who operate at their highest capacity.
Women who trust themselves.Fully, unapologetically, for good. Women who lead from genuine authority. Who create from real expression. Who make decisions from the inside out.
Women who give a shit and finally have the capacity to show it.
You've read enough. You know enough. You've waited long enough.
